REFUNDS

Clear treatment if a paid reading cannot be delivered.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

Eastern Blueprint sells one immediately generated, personalized digital reading for $7.99 USD. The product is cultural exploration and personal reflection, not a promise of a particular outcome.

When to contact us

If PayPal confirms payment but your reading or PDF cannot be generated, contact the support address shown in checkout within 7 days and include the PayPal transaction ID. We will first try to restore access or provide the purchased digital report.

Refunds

If we cannot provide the purchased report because of a technical failure on our side, we will refund the payment to the original PayPal method. Because a personalized digital report is generated immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds simply because the reader disagrees with or dislikes the interpretive content, where permitted by applicable law. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.

Not covered

We cannot refund payments sent outside the official checkout, reports created from inaccurate details supplied by the customer, or requests for guaranteed personal, financial, health, legal, or relationship outcomes.
